The Service allows you to perform AI-powered searches, engage in AI chat conversations, receive personalized news, and view curated product recommendations with prices and links.

You agree NOT TO:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes or in violation of any laws.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, interfere with its operation, or overburden our systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data excessively beyond normal use.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of the Service.
• Generate or distribute harmful, deceptive, or illegal content using the Service.
• Violate third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

4. User Inputs and AI Outputs

Your queries, prompts, and any content you submit to the Service (“Inputs”) are your responsibility. Responses, summaries, recommendations, or other content generated by the Service (“Outputs”) are AI-generated and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any Outputs. You must independently verify Outputs and are solely responsible for your use of them, including any reliance for decisions.

You retain ownership of your Inputs, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, store, modify, and process them to provide, maintain, and improve the Service (including training AI models).

Outputs are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, AI models, designs, and content (excluding your Inputs), is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription (e.g., higher request limits). Subscriptions are available through our website or in-app purchases via third-party platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play). Details, including pricing, are displayed on the Service. Payments are processed by third parties and subject to their terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Refunds are subject to applicable law and third-party policies.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy (available at https://finderio.ai/privacy-policy) explains how we collect, use, and protect your data, including compliance with applicable laws such as GDPR and CCPA where relevant. By using the Service, you agree to it.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Outputs will be accurate or complete.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes (e.g., via email or in-app notice). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Finderio.ai is established, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
